To think that this photo was taken in 2017.

The quay was quiet, not at all busy with boats. You could sit by the water and see your reflection in it, while hearing awash against the sides.

Stairs were free from the nearby bar’s tables and cushions. You could sit anywhere and have a chat in peace in quiet.

You could actually feel tranquility, even though development and progress was around the corner.
